Why I Wrote This Series
I wanted to create the kind of book I’d want to read: one where a character finds home not because everything’s perfect, but because the people around her really see her.
I studied hospitality at university, and lived in a small town for twenty years. So I
wanted to use my experience to create a place that’s a living, breathing community.
Where good food, crafts, looking after one-another, and doing the right thing matter.
Where belonging is earned through showing up, being present, and letting people in.
